Board leaves Kühne in the form the requirement asks for. Board formats, thicknesses and quantities are agreed per requirement; nothing here represents a stock list or a published format range. Board as produced: Board supplied in the produced form for further processing by the customer. Cut to size: Board cut to the format the requirement specifies. Processed into components: Board cut and machined into finished components to drawing. Programme supply: Recurring board requirements, confirmed on review.
Kühne also produces for customers who own the material or the specification: contract manufacturing using customer-supplied material, or material procured by Kühne and specified for the programme. Whether a given system suits the process is confirmed on review, not assumed.
Board production and component manufacturing are separate steps, and either can be the end of the scope. Where the requirement continues past the board, Kühne cuts and machines the board into components: insulating plates, thermal parts, spacers and drawing-specific geometries.

For larger recurring requirements, Kühne and the customer develop a dedicated manufacturing setup around the board, the process and the agreed quality position. Availability, capacity and the manufacturing route are confirmed per programme.
